Our friend Kristin lives in Barcelona and visited us this summer. Of course this brought back memories of the European lifestyle and reminded us why we fell in love with gelato in the first place. Kristin said her current favorite flavor is cinnamon; we had to try it!This morning, Angelo was up with the sun and raced to the shop before it opened. With a gourmet spice in hand, he set to create this continent's finest cinnamon flavored gelato. By noon, he had perfected the recipe and brought it home. It was delicious!! We've added it to the fall lineup and hope you'll stop by to give it a taste.
(editor's note: I went for the trifecta -three scoops of gelato: cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate. Need I say more?)
